jounin-Honosharingan-Activated after clan leader almost kills you in battle, clan leader decides if you get this level, using this level of sharingan allows you to predict movements of very fast opponents, your movements are much more quick

Fennikusu Sharingan-final level-Only achieved when Administrator says you can have it-you can predict speeds of opponents as fast as the speed of light, you must be watching your opponent, more strength and speed for you as well
