Sharingan leveling

These two levels of Sharingan comes naturally for uchiha
Sharingan-all uchiha have it-allows user to see quicker movements better, does not increase your speed

Hoshingan- Chuunin- allows user to see even quicker moving opponents, can copy most taijutsus(Eight gates of lotus can not be copied by any sharingan level)

These levels must be given by admin or an Uchiha who has Fennikusu sharingan

Kaen sharingan- Can copy jutsus of same rank or lower, does not include bloodline jutsus

Honosharingan- able to see movements up to 3x flicker speed, decreases amount of chakra used for jutsus
The Final level of Sharingan-Must be approved by Administrator for any Uchiha to have this level
Fennikusu sharingan - allows user to see movements up to 7x flicker speed, also doubles ninjutsu and genjutsu strength. will cause total blindness If used more than once a day
