Dragonball world rules

You can fight up to twice a day. If you win a fight your power level goes up by three, if you tie, it goes up by one, if you lose a fight it goes up by one.
A sayan does not gain super sayan till he/she reaches a power level of 200. at 400 they can then become ss2. at 600 ss3, 800 ss4, at 1000 ss5. when they reach a power level of 2000 they reach a final stage stage called ULSS. More info on sayans will be added later. Humans do not have any special forms at all. Namekians can combine with other namekians to become more powerful. More info on Namekians will be added later. Any other races will be dealt with when registered for. New races are also being accepted depending on the information given upon registration.
