U.T.S (Uchiha Tamoe System)

Tamoe 1: At least 100 posts and a near death experience fight.

Tamoe 2: At least 350 posts and can only be achieved in a fight with a Tamoe 3 using sensei in which the current tamoe 1 Sharingan will force itself to evolve to try and keep up with the sensei.(Chuunin ranked)

Tamoe 3: Only achievable at Jounin level (considering the copying of any jounin level jutsu when the person can lay their eyes on the hand signs formed) at the very least 900 posts and achieved through battling a kage level or high ranked Uchiha member.

Pre-Mangekyou Sharingan: Attained when the user has reached 1400 non spam posts and has a fully capable understanding of tamoe 3 sharingan (this means you must have tamoe 3) This level increases speed hugely and power by quite a bit.

Mangekyou Sharingan: Attained at 3000 non spam posts By order of me, Grandmaster Gaara, Lord of the world. kill your best friend as well. No exceptions

Permanent Mangekyou Sharingan: Only pure blood Uchiha's can obtain this, if you are not pure blood, don't attempt to (Brothership must be approved by 3 or more admins)


Effects:

Tamoe 1:(Need 100 posts + a life or death situation)Allows user to see moderate speeds

Tamoe 2:User sees more moderate speed,can copy Taijutsu

Tamoe 3:User can copy any jutsu of their rank except bloodline jutsu(Need to see the handsigns)

Mangekyou:User can use certain techniques,plus can read more speeds,can get blind if using this for too long

Permanent Mangekyou:Can use mangekyou abilites and never go blind

Genin: Tamoe1
Cgunin: Tamoe2
Jounin: Tamoe3
Kage: Pre-Mangekyo
Sanin: Mangekyo
Admins Permission: Permenant Mangekyo MUST TAKE EYES OF YOUR BROTHERS/SISTERS

Also i am allowing this of now no complainning about it

Obito is a Sanin of the Uchiha so therefor he has Mangekyo if there is a problem with that please Pm me about it i have no time to argue about it if the pm is not calm and organized i will not read it

to mind you all a Sanin is way stronger then a Kage and lower

I will say this once, both Itachi and Sasuke are at least Tamoe 3((Technically Itachi in the series does kill his clan so he gets Pre-m)) That is how it is
Pre magenkyo can only be used for 8 posts, go nine or more and you will go blind permanently

This is the sharingan leveling system
Sharingan-all uchiha have it-allows user to see moderate speeds better
Hoshingan-chuunin+ - allows user to see quicker moving opponents, can copy most taijutsus
Kaen sharingan- Can copy jutsus of same rank or lower, does not include bloodline jutsus
Honosharingan- able to see movements up to 2x flicker speed, decreases amount of chakra used for jutsus
Fennikusu sharingan - allows to see movements up to 4.5x flicker speed, also increases ninjutsu strength
