at gennin and chunnin level you can summon 20 animals, this jutsu can only be used once in battle, at these levels you must use dice summoning, if succesfull then you use most of your chakra, if failed then you only lose half of your chakra. at Jonnin level you can use it twice in battle as it only uses a little more than half of your chakra
