Many people walk around setting up tents and game booths. One area of the park is set up so kids can ride on horses.
A few Signs are set up around the park that says Happy Birthday Saia

I walk around and read some papers and give orders to a few people, a few moments later one comes back with a cup. I drink it and continue to walk around as everything is getting set up
